Our standard domestic shipping is a robust service designed for efficiency. We process and pack all orders in our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order. Our packing team uses high-quality materials to safeguard the integrity of our glass bottles and jars. Following processing, the parcel is dispatched, and the in-transit time with our courier partners is generally between 5 and 10 business days. We define business days as Monday through Friday, excluding national and state holidays. Customers in Tasmania, Northern Territory, and other remote regions should anticipate deliveries towards the upper end of this estimate.

We are thrilled to offer complimentary standard shipping for all orders with a subtotal of $35 AUD or more. This is automatically applied at checkout. For orders that fall short of this amount, a standard shipping rate is applicable. (Shipping cost $5.99 AUD, free shipping on orders over $35, order processing time 1-3 days, dispatch time 3-5 days). For an accelerated delivery, please select our express shipping method at checkout. This premium option ensures your order is processed within 1-2 days and delivered within 2-4 business days after dispatch, making it ideal for gifts or urgent needs.

All shipments include a tracking number and full insurance coverage for the value of the order while in transit with the carrier. This means if a parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and resend your items at no extra cost. You will receive your tracking information via email upon dispatch. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable address. We do not accept responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or for packages that are missed because no one was available to accept delivery. Signature on delivery can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
